Thieves broke into a house in Banks
In the early hours of Saturday morning (24/08) a property in Banks was broken into.
The thieves took personal items and all of the residents keys before stealing their silver Toyota Hilux SR5 twin cab ute, ACT rego YLD 82Z.
No street information was provided for this incident.
ACT Policing are trying to locate a missing teen
ACT Policing are trying to locate missing 15-year-old Brianna Wilson.
Brianna was last seen by her family in Gold Creek on Thursday morning (22/08) but may have been at Westfield Belconnen on Friday evening.
Brianna’s describe as being of Caucasian appearance, 165cm (5’ 5”) in height, and of thin build. She has long, straight brown hair to just above her waist, and hazel eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black leggings, black Adidas skate shoes and carrying a black Nike backpack.

Female driver had a lucky escape
The driver of a SUV is lucky to be alive after a crash on Friday night (23/08) near Lake George which saw her car leave the road and roll several times down an embankment for approximately 100 metres.
She was transported to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
